i've missed out so much and so many projects that have gone underway.. but here is a lamp that inspired me and is so easy for a change.. i have the perfect square lamp shade to make my own ..

today i got my hands in the earth and planted tomato plants, hydrangeas and petunias (for a bit of colour in the vegetable garden) now that spring has sprung. i also planted a small herb garden: parsley, mint, sage, rosemary and thyme to be ready for when i move into my new apartment to keep on the kitchen windowsill. i also planted a daisy plant in an old tin billy i found in the shed.

i pulled the pages of this book - "some girls do and some girls don't"and framed them to sell at the craft shop in the town near my farm and am making a profit of $15 for each piece

picnic perfect

its perfect and such a sweet intimate picnic set up keeping the flies out!


this yoga place in Thailand gave me the idea of hanging a mosquito net from a tree with a blanket under it to lay in the sun

this sheer tent would be so much fun to make for outside at my farm to have lunch under this spring and summer
